T&G is a curated space by Madam MIWAKO,
an organic tea researcher in Shizuoka.

"The fragrance of truth, uniquely residing in tea leaves rooted in the natural world and living their own truth. "

In a single cup of tea, the cycle of life encounters human perception."

Rooted in Tradition, Guided by Nature.

T&G is built upon the foundation of tradition.
I honor biodiversity and the natural cycle above all else,
so that all life on Earth may live healthily, as its own true self.
Through my journey alongside farmers,

researching the intricate mechanisms of the natural world unique to organic cultivation,
I have continually asked: What is the true essence of tea?
And how should it be?

At T&G, I wish to quietly share these insights with you.

Scientific Cultivation

Organic Tea as Practice

- 100%Pure,100%Organic -

T&G presents a vision of tea in harmony with biodiversity and the natural cycles of the world.
Among the producers who have conducted research alongside me based on scientific evidence, I personally supply the fertilizer materials and design the fertilization plans for a select few tea gardens.
Through tea leaves nurtured by such scientific perspective and passion, I present a new standard of tea quality.

M.style

– Organic Tea as Experience -

At the core of M.style lies Chajutsu—a rigorous technical discipline of tea.
It is a methodology that transcends conventional form, designed for a sincere and precise engagement with the tea leaves themselves.
The act of brewing, the tasting, and the quiet moments spent with tea—these experiences harmonize life, offering healing, supreme hospitality, gastronomy, and a ritual for well-being, seamlessly connecting every scene of our lives back to the rhythms of nature.

For Professionals

ー Organic Tea as Gastronomy -

T&G integrates organic tea into the world of gastronomy and global culinary cultures.
Through collaboration with culinary professionals and retailers, we look beyond tea as a mere beverage, exploring its essence as a profound embodiment of culture.
